Community Building & Dialogue
Shifting the narrative requires bringing people together in dialogue. Practically, my work in this area takes many forms and can range from facilitating workshops to building on-going peer learning communities.

Fashion Producer Collective
The Fashion Producer Collective, hosted by the Asia Garment Hub, is a collection of self-organized, producer-led, projects worth more than the sum of its parts. The Collective focuses on projects related to sustainability in the fashion sector. Participating producers represent a range of perspectives, and join as individuals not formal representatives of their companies.

Supplier Meet-Ups
Supplier Meet-Ups are private, off-the-record conversations open only to suppliers, held once per month, and hosted by the Asia Garment Hub. Each month, one supplier shares a specific challenge they’re facing while the rest of the group shares feedback and offers support. We’re a small group interested in developing meaningful interpersonal relationships. More often than not, the challenges raised during these sessions are shared, and, occasionally, they serve as a catalyst for more formal collaborations.

UN Fashion Charter for Climate Action Collective Action Workshops

Participants included senior representatives from leading brands and suppliers. To listen to some of my reflections on this series of workshops, click below.
